This amazing practical film location was built in 1954 and served as one of the many official government residences, hosting presidents and other state officials of high ranks, former delegations etc. Located just 10 minutes away from the city center, this unique mansion has a lot to offer – from the huge private park with alleys and gardens with ponds and fountains, to ballrooms and conference rooms. The design of the exterior can be considered a blend of neoclassical and renaissance revival styles, and the interiors can play from 19th century to mid-century modern, where a sense of the past communist regime can be felt, allowing some of the interiors to play perfectly locations from the Soviet Era.
