This impressive building is Bulgaria’s Palace of Justice, or Sofia Courthouse, and was built during the period from 1929-1940, on a massive area of 8,400 m² (90,400 sq ft), and consists of 640 rooms, 24 courtrooms, 3 impressive grand halls and 8 inner courtyards. The monumental exterior design is a celebration of the classical architectural style of this period, and most of the interior premises are renovated in a way that preserves the original looks.
